Ash Shumaker is a Printmaker, Mixed Media artist, and Tattooist from the Pacific Northwest living in Louisville, KY. Ash is keenly interested in the experiential process of making and primarily focuses on the many possible ways of creating marks on surface.
Ash has worked as an art educator, art program manager, and now owns her own studio where she makes both works on paper and on the body. She holds an MFA in Printmaking from CSU Long Beach.
